About Us

The team behind the tools you forget are even running

Kervon builds utility software and runs the marketing behind it — one team, one roadmap, no handover between the two.

Our Story

Why we build utility apps, and nothing else

Kervon LTD is a UK-based studio, based in Birmingham, built around one category: utility software. Device cleaners, system optimisers, file tools, AI-assisted assistants — the apps people install because something on their phone or laptop needs fixing, and then keep because it quietly keeps working.

We started the company after watching the same pattern play out across other studios: a utility app gets built well, then handed off to a separate marketing team that doesn't fully understand what makes it different from a dozen similar tools — and the launch underperforms for reasons that had nothing to do with the product itself.

So Kervon does both halves under one roof. The engineers who build the cleaner or the optimiser sit next to the people running its App Store listing and its paid acquisition. When a feature changes, the store listing and the marketing message change with it — not weeks later, in a different building.

Our work spans three connected areas: native and cross-platform app development for mobile and desktop, AI-driven features that automate the repetitive parts of a utility app, and the growth marketing — ASO, paid user acquisition, creative testing — that gets a finished app in front of people who'll actually use it.

Reviewing retention and install charts on a tablet

We stay attached to a project well past launch. A utility app's job isn't finished the day it ships — it's finished when people are still opening it months later, and that only happens with ongoing attention to both the product and the audience using it.

What Guides the Work

A few things we don't compromise on

Performance comes first

A utility app exists to make a device run better. If it lags, drains battery, or takes ten seconds to open, it's failed at its one job — regardless of how it looks. We test on real, older devices before anything ships, not just the newest hardware.

No handover gap

The people who build the app and the people who market it are the same company, often the same room. Product decisions and audience decisions get made together, not passed between teams that don't talk to each other.

Numbers you can check

Every growth engagement comes with a live view of installs, retention and spend — the same dashboard we work from, not a polished monthly summary. If a campaign isn't working, we flag it before you have to ask.

How We Work

Three stages. One straight line from idea to users.

No matter the project, the work moves through the same sequence — building the thing, getting it out, then making sure it doesn't stall.

01 Build

Shape the product

Scoping, UX decisions, and native or cross-platform engineering for mobile and desktop utilities.

02 Launch

Put it in front of people

Store optimisation, listing copy and screenshots, plus a staged App Store rollout to catch issues early.

03 Grow

Keep it moving

Paid acquisition, ongoing creative testing and lifecycle marketing that turns first-time installs into long-term users.
